"I didn't realize that once you order you subscribe to continually receive shipments. Advertisement says you will receive your money back if not satisfied with the product. I didn't call to unsubscribe because I was under the impression the first shipment was a trial package. I called customer service when I received the second package. They had me to leave a message on 10-13-26 and someone will call me within 48 hours. No one called. I called again and was not able to speak with anyone again. As of 10-18-26, I still have not heard from Customer Service. This is bad business!"
