You can consume VINIA® in three unique ways: capsules, coffee, or tea.
In our clinical study, dilation of arteries was observed after consuming just 1 serving of VINIA® daily for 90 days. Therefore, we suggest that you start with one serving of VINIA® each day.
If you find after several weeks that you are not able to experience the health benefits of VINIA® after taking one serving per day, you may increase your consumption to 2 servings per day.
If you do decide to increase your consumption to two VINIA® servings per day, be gentle with yourself, go slow, always listen to your body, and make sure it feels right for you.
